Questions

Common questions, answered straight

No mystery, no fine print. If your question isn’t here, just ask.

Do I really get to see my site before I pay?

Yes. We build a free, live mockup of your site first and send you the link. Love it? We move forward. If not, no cost and no pressure.

How does the PEI grant work?

Eligible PEI businesses — no current website, or adding online sales for the first time — may apply to Innovation PEI for up to $2,500 (50% of the cost). We prepare the quote and help you apply before we start. It’s not guaranteed, but we’ll tell you honestly whether you’re a fit.

What if I already have a website?

We still build — revamping a dated site is one of our most common jobs. The grant usually only covers brand-new sites, so a redesign is priced on value, not the grant.

How much does a website cost?

Most small-business sites land in a clear range we’ll quote up front. Every quote is fixed-price — the number you see is the number you pay, no surprises.

How long does it take to build?

Usually days, not months. Once we have your content and the go-ahead, most sites are live within a week or two.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Always. We build mobile-first — most of your customers will find you on their phone, so that experience comes first.

Can I update the website myself afterward?

You can, but most trades would rather be on the tools than in a CMS. That’s what our care plan is for — send us the change and we handle it, fast.

Do you do hosting and maintenance?

Yes — a simple monthly care plan keeps your site hosted, secure, backed up, and up to date, so you never have to think about it.

Do you only work with trades?

Trades are our focus, but we build for most local businesses. If you serve customers locally and want more of them, we can help.

Do you work outside PEI?

Yes — we’re PEI-based but build remotely across the Maritimes and beyond. The grant is PEI-only, but the work travels.

Still have a question?

Ask away — and we’ll throw in a free mockup of your site while we’re at it.
